Custom or personalised artwork is non-refundable unless faulty.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from Oxide Arts via our website or other sales channels. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item and confirm dispatch via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
3. Products
We take care to display accurate descriptions and images, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
All artworks are sold subject to availability.
For bespoke, custom, or commissioned pieces, specific agreements will be confirmed via email before payment.
