Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Custom or personalised artwork is non-refundable unless faulty.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All content, including images, artwork, text, and designs, are the intellectual property of Oxide Arts or its artist.

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from Oxide Arts via our website or other sales channels. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item and confirm dispatch via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Products

All artworks are sold subject to availability.

For bespoke, custom, or commissioned pieces, specific agreements will be confirmed via email before payment.
